1. About This Policy

Signmetry is an internal web app used by The Bailey Family Plan LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what financial data Signmetry collects through Plaid and how we handle it. Signmetry is used only by our authorized employees. It is not offered to the public or to outside consumers.

2. Information We Collect

Through Plaid, authorized employees connect the company's own business bank accounts (currently Chase and Capital One). Signmetry may receive:

• Account information, such as account name, type, institution, and masked account number.
• Account balances.
• Transaction data, such as date, amount, description, and merchant.

We also keep basic user account details for our employees who log in to Signmetry (such as name, email, and role).

3. How We Use Information

We use this data only for the company's bookkeeping, reconciliation, and tax recordkeeping. We do not use it for marketing or advertising.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent this data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run Signmetry (Plaid, Render for hosting, and our bookkeeping and tax professionals as needed), or when required by law.

5. Security

We protect this data with HTTPS/TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit, an encrypted-at-rest database, role-based access, MFA on our hosting, code, and Plaid accounts, and secure storage of secrets. See our Information Security Policy for details.

6. Retention

We keep financial transaction records for as long as needed for bookkeeping and tax purposes, generally 7 years. We delete Plaid access tokens and linked data within 30 days after an account is disconnected or upon request. See our Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

Signmetry is designed to process the company's own business account data, not consumers' personal information. To the extent California law applies to any personal information we hold, California residents may request to know, correct, or delete their personal information, and we will not discriminate against anyone for making a request. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To make a request, contact us below.

8. Changes

We will review this policy at least once a year and post the updated version with a new effective date.
